Global leader in long-distance ridesharing is looking for Head of Operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Structuring the operational processes for the rollout of a new business line, including building the go-to-market strategy, defining KPIs, managing legal and GR activities, marketing, monetization and scaling the project through high-impact processes executed both centrally and regionally, as necessary;
  • Hiring and managing a team of 5-10 sales / account managers that can scale our acquisition targets; motivating and leverage existing and new staff to continually up-level their results, expectations, and stretch for increasingly higher levels of impact across all core operational metrics;
  • Developing acquisition and lifecycle engagement strategy with partners, and executing this strategy through data-driven analytics, in-person and phone negotiations, trainings, and robust email and digital marketing programs;
  • Working closely with senior leadership at headquarter (including business development, legal, marketing, operations, analytics, product and tech teams) and in the region to ensure the success and well management of the project.
