 Innovative platform for programmatic buying in digital out-of-home is looking for Head of Business Development.

Key responsibilities:


Growth & Service

  • Build strong relationships with agencies and brands across industries to better understand their business objectives and advocate Synaps tech as a value generating solution;
  • Be a thought leader in targeted digital-out-of-home by participating in conferences and seminars. Act as a key source of advice for billboard operators and industry leaders; Drive adoption of targeted digital-out-of home as a new and growing media channel;
  • Provide excellent customer service to billboard operators (pre-sales support, campaign profiling and management, reporting, etc.);
  • Build sales pipeline by working closely with billboard operators’ sales teams and develop business plans and sales strategy;
  • Coach billboard operators’ sales team on Synaps’s product capabilities.


  Product development

  • Facilitate continuous improvement of current product functionality by constantly collecting customer feedback;
  • Develop, pilot and execute new product offerings and campaign mechanics for different business goals and industries;
  • Work closely with product management team to guide the implementation of new platform functionality and features.
